Our guidelines for try-ons
Make sure your skin is sparkling clean and free from makeup, oily moisturisers, perfumes and strong
scents to ensure the item is returned in the same perfect, ready-to-wear condition it arrived in.
If you remove the tags, or the item shows visible signs of wear, we reserve the right to charge you the
full price of the rental to your payment source.
Frequently asked questions
Unfortunately not. Your try-on date will be determined based on availability in our booking calendar. We will let you know within 2 business days what date your item will be sent to you for try on. Garment availability is not guaranteed so we recommend submitting your request as far in advance of your event as possible to ensure we’re able to fulfill your request.

No, you don't have to book the garment when you submit your try-on request, however we do highly recommend it in case it gets booked by someone else!
Yes, you can book as many garments to try as you like! The cost is $35 per garment. We’ll do our best to ensure they’re sent together, but we cannot guarantee this as it’s based on availability in our booking calendar.
No, the try-on fee is non-refundable as it covers the admin and courier charges regardless of whether the garment is right or not.
Our try-on fee is non-refundable, however can either choose an alternative dress or receive a DW credit for the full cost of the rental booking which is valid for one year from the booking date.
Upon return our team will assess the item for any marks or odours. If you remove the tags, or the item shows visible signs of wear, we reserve the right to charge you the full price of the rental to your payment source. Please follow our try-on guidelines included in your confirmation email to ensure you’re not charged.
Your item must be returned the day after it arrives to you in our reusable courier bag via your selected return method. Items not scanned in (with NZ Post) within the agreed timeframe may incur a late fee.

fulfill your request. If we can’t you'll be given a 100% refund to your payment source.
