The Time To Shine Slip Dress by Manning is an incredible maxi dress designed to skim the figure. It features a V-neckline, adjustable straps & adjustable open back detailing. Some wear including minor stains and wear to the fabric but very hard to see when on. 16 on label could easily fit a 14.
