R.M.Williams brown leather boots with elastic side gussets and pull tabs. Scuffing on toes. I think they are about a 38. I’m 39 and they are a bit tight on me. I purchased them second hand for my daughter but it wasn’t the right style or fit for her she didn’t wear them. Looking inside someone has popped a wee inner sole in could be removed.

Hi I’m at work at moment. Can take more photos at home for you. Not entirely sure of exact style, I purchased second hand for my daughter but it wasn’t what she was after. Will send a heap of photos when home.
