Trippen - “Tough F” Leather Sandals (RRP $749) Trippen was founded in 1991 by Angela Spieth and Michael Oehler, after they found some old wooden shoe lasts in a factory and decided to try making shoes. Trippen designs are distinctly unique and modern, while still being incredibly comfortable. Strong values in environmental and social responsibility are a priority for the brand, employing an entire village in Germany and family businesses in Italy to make their shoes, and using recycled materials and mainly vegetable-tanned leathers. The Tough F sandal is a classic Trippen style with a strappy leather upper and a wedge sole. It features a zip at the back and perfectly combines the feeling of summery simplicity with an excellent fit. This style is not available in the stock range and can only be made to order with an RRP of €383 (approx $749 before shipping).
