New with tags.. any item has beads or lace or delicate or to avoid iron alot i usually prefer handwash rather than using washing machine. I turn inside out garment so the inside touches water to try keep minimal stress on outside, In my opinion with your light fabric wash scent and simple air out should be great Note: This item similar to some others as shown in photos. some with tags and some no tags woren once or twice (refer to description- this one with tags) and they come unwashed. Some of these come scented directly from the retail store or warehouse, and others from storage. Each person views scent differently, but in my opinion, it carries scent that a hand wash or some a simple air out on the line should remove it. Since new with tags ofcourse i will send unwashed so you can use your favourite fabric wash. Post office clear they dont compensate for damage cause by lack of packing so i ensure its packaged well
