Picked this up from H&M in the UK a few years ago- material has some stretch so probably could fit a 14-16 depending on preference of fit The material feels so nice and almost light. It can be worn up or off the shoulders with built in elastic. It also has elastic built into the sleeves and waist so it almost gives a fitted style at the waist. The floral panel in the middle is see through due to the design and it has square panels going into the underarm I found one in another color so its a bit easier to see the overall design and layout :) has a small opening on the side which hasnt fully opened yet (pictured) but i reckon super easy fix :)
