Has it shrunk in the wash slightly or felted? it looks much shorter and tighter than the original photos. Just trying to figure out the care it will need

I’m not sure as it was my older sister’s that she bought in Japan (model on website pic is Japanese) and is a OS but it’s possible. But it’s extremely soft, stretchy, and pliable with a fuzzy soft surface, so felted is out of the question, and I know what that feels like when shopping preloved. I’m a nz size 8-10 for reference and it comes below my mid-section and covers my arm length if that helps ☺️
