A magnificent piece of authentic mid-century Scandinavian design history: an original hand-blown art glass "Bone" or "Jack in the Pulpit" single-stem vase. Designed by the celebrated master Bo Borgström for Åseda Glasbruk in Sweden during the 1960s. This striking modernist piece features a beautiful golden-amber glass trumpet stem that flows upward into a softly asymmetrical flared lip. The defining feature is the substantial clear glass base, showcasing a beautiful, perfectly arranged pattern of controlled 'bullicante' air bubbles captured within the heavy crystal glass.
