Hi, how does it fit? Is it tight or is there room for movement? Like a standard size 8, or 10 as well?

Definitely room in it, but if you have some curves mainly around your hips and want it more flowy and not hugging you - i would get a 10, it hugged my hips slightly and i sit more towards a 10.
