Amazing vintage 80s dress with wide neckline, boned bodice, shaped dropped waist and bustle kinda detail on the back. Skirt has a tulle underskirt and almost like a bubble skirt shape without the bubble. Missing the brand tag but I looked up the RN number on the care label and it’s made by Jessica McClintock who was the Gunne Sax designer. This one might have just been under the Jessica McClintock label but either way its an iconic piece of fashion history! 100% cotton excluding trim. Shown on a size 6 mannequin and it’s a bit big, best fits an 8. Bust approx 92cm (36 inches) Waist 68cm (27 inches) High hip at drop waist seam (approx 10cm/4 inches below waist) 90cm (35.5 inches) Length 90cm (35.5 inches) - Overall good condition but the inside has some staining as pictured and a very small amount of this has come through to the outer. - I also think it was a longer length dress that has been hemmed because the other versions I’ve found online are all long.
