Pia boutique New Zealand fashion designer . This set is a crop top and foldable / adjustable skirt . Skirts waistband can be lengthened or roles down. I had put stitches in and I have since pulled them out so the new owner can alter the length accordingly. Size small with FIT 6 to 10. This is a one-of-a-kind piece. The floral pattern was only made for a few hundred available outfits and the set particularly was a one-of-a-kind one used for runway.
