Would this fit a true size 16? Can you upload more pics of it on a hanger? Does it have an extra zip on the side or back? Or just the buttons from the top? Thanks!

Hey Irene, I would say it’s more a 14-16. No zipper, it’s elastic band so not hard to get on.
