Gorgeous Liam turquoise/blue/green drape top with ruched cap sleeves and back tie waist. Can be worn on or off the shoulder. Made of very soft 100% Bemberg Cupro fabric cut on the bias. Says size 10 but fits size 6 - 8 well. This top is so lovely but I just don't wear it. In excellent condition, very flattering.
