Can you describe fabric - any stretch or is it rigid?

No stretch but the fabric is relatively loose - it’s not a stiff fabric.

Any idea what the style is called? Keen to find a pic of it online so can see how it fits around waist. I assume that seam sits at waist not under boobs?

I’ve tried to get the AI to tell me as I got this from DW too. It looks like the style is Dimity Dress. The seam sits at the waist.
