Charoite is one of the rarest gemstones in the world, found only in a single location on earth — the Murun massif in Yakutia, Siberia. First described in 1978 and named after the Chara River, it's prized for its extraordinary swirling patterns of deep violet, lilac, and misty grey that look almost painted. This ring features a large natural charoite cabochon in a rich purple tone with characteristic swirling inclusions, set into a hand-crafted silver bezel with a granulation border. The setting has a beautifully aged, artisan quality. A genuine collector's piece. Stone: Natural charoite, Yakutia Setting: Silver-toned metal, oxidised finish, beaded granulation border Stone dimensions: Approx. 2.5cm x 1.5cm Inner diameter: Approx. 17mm Style: Large statement ring
