Hi what material is it please and is it an 8 or a 10?

Heya, it’s size 8 on the tag but I am between size 8-10 on the pic. The material has a bit of a stretch to it too. Material is virgin wool with viscose, but I think I did cut off the tag. But it’s quite a standard bland for many of Taylors pants and skirts. Also happy to measure the skirt if you like? X
