A sad sale of a beautiful luxurious coat with a blend of 70% wool and 30% nylon from NZ designer Kate Sylvester. A relaxed yet sophisticated fit, this coat can be dressed up or worn over jeans and sneakers. Can be worn with pocket flaps in or outside the pockets. This is a classic design by Kate Sylvester sold for many seasons but no longer available under the new Sylvester line. It retailed for $1000.00 NZD Beautifully finished with attention to detail. See stock photos for fit and styling ideas in various other colours. Coat for sale is green. Purchased for a trip to Queenstown where it received multiple compliments wherever we went. On return home I have not worn it due to it being too warm where I live and it being in such good condition I don’t want to wreck it. Therefore this beautiful coat is currently identifying as a wardrobe ornament which is such a waste. Size M. Fits me, a broad size 12, with plenty of room for a jumper underneath. There are a couple of very slight tiny light lines on the front, near the buttons which I had not noticed until I was doing a thorough inspection prior to listing. They have possibly always been there. Very difficult to capture in a pic (because they are almost impossible to see) but I have tried in the last two. Most people I believe would not notice but I am a fusspot.
