Trelise Cooper green double-breasted blazer with waistcoat pleated tulle hem and cream back panel. Waistcoat is detachable by popper buttons so can wear with or out with the jacket. Beautiful piece. Unfortunately was purchased then started WFH full time so no longer have a reason to wear it.
