Hi, it’s very oversized. I’d say prob still oversized fit on a 16/18. I’m not home at the moment but will update with a width measurement (armpit to armpit) so you can compare it to something you already own.

So sorry one other question…is it sheer and need a singlet or just a bra under is fine?

I’ve added another photo. It’s not would I would call sheer, but it’s not 100% opaque either. I wore it with just a bra but it’s a personal preference thing.
