Hi Georgie, they would absolutely fit a 9/10 I am more of a 10 and they aren’t tight on me at all. The beauty of the slight paper bag waist is you can tighten or loosen with the belt. And they are plenty long enough even when wearing at my waist, I’m 172cm tall.
