Sorry I don’t have a mannequin & have lost a lot of weight. It is elasticised under the bust, princess line but that can be worn lower I suppose. I was bigger & it sat under my bust. There are three tiers which float down & sit beautifully. I am also short. It is very versatile & very pretty & floaty.
