Hey, are these knee high? What’s the measurement of the calf at the top of the boot please? Thanks!

These come to just below the knee on my legs. The diameter around the top of the boot is around 42cm but it has a small almost invisible section of stretch at the back of the calf too which could allow it to go wider.
