Hi I tried on Friday but did not get anywhere with them . Will try again today . They actually picked up 2 parcels from my door step that day in a Nz post bag and the other person has revived hers so not sure what has happened . Will definitely get on to it

I can’t get sun one in the phone but in the web site when I put in tracking number it still says delayed .. the same message from Monday 25 may … but I will keep trying !!
