Hey, the inside leg measures 69cm. I have uploaded a new photo of them on my daughter who is 163cm. She is in barefeet. Hope that helps

Yes I would say they are true to size. I am a size 10 and they fit well. They do have an elastic waist for does give a bit of extra room if needed and a drawstring.
