Hi, Yes it appears to be a Small. Full leather length is 87cm, with first hole at 70cm and last hole 80cm. There is no evidence of wear - it was honestly worn perhaps once. The waxed cotton over the leather is sort of loose, so has a slightly wrinkled type effect - as you can probably see in the photo. It is still available new online and there's some more photos there.
