Black velvet folk art floral style top by Chocolat NZ, size 16. Fits as a 16-18. Designed and made in NZ but no fabric content label. Both sides have been stitched in but could easily be unpicked to fit as a size 20/22. Otherwise excellent condition. Measurements (laying flat) Bust - 78cm Waist - 71cm Length - 66cm
