what is waist measurement and inner leg, and lower leg width? thanks

It's a Kookai size 38 which is 70–74 cm for the waist and 97–101 cm for the hips per their website. I've measured the inseam as about 85 cm; I'm not quite sure what you mean by inner and lower leg but mid thigh is about 22 cm when the pants are laid flat and the bottom is about 23/4 cm, with 20 cm around the knee (doesn't sound like much but the pants have a lovely silhouette when you're wearing them).
