Vintage, Made in NZ incredible Taffeta Bubble dress!

This is an amazing vintage stunner of a dress. It's made in NZ by Gillian Melhop in gorgeous pink with sweetheart neckline, bubble skirt and halter neck with back zip. The problem is it runs quite small so reckon for a size 6 or under? Please check measurements. 35cm across chest. Waist is around 34.5cm across and it's 80cm long from the MIDDLE of the neckline down. Condition is overall almost perfect. I'm not sure if this is silk or a synthetic taffeta but the fabric is nice and crisp and crunchy. The type of dress you don't see today.
