Can this be worn with the buttons undone slightly to open the neck? Also, just wondering if you think this would be flattering over a tum? :)

Hi, yes buttons can be undone to open neck, sits perfectly for that look. I have a tum and didn’t use the tie, then I tied it at the back to bring it in slightly. The tie is removable, would just have to remove the belt loops. I find the style flattering, just wear another dress similar and never wore this one

Around 95-100cm the hem is asymmetric so the back is longer so around 110cm. Thanks
