Made by Levi's from 100% cotton in the USA. Tagged size 29, shown loose/low rise on size 6 mannequin, would fit up to a 10 if you want them snug and fitted. Waist 70cm (27.5 inches) / Hips 98cm / Front rise 29cm / Full length waist to hem 104cm / Inner leg length 79cm (31 inches) Great condition. They are stamped Irregular on the inner pocket which will be because of the fabric "flaw" on the back right thigh, it's not really noticeable. They also have the red tab cut off which happened with all Irregular pairs in the 90s.
