Is the colour as dark green as the first photo shows? What is the waist measurement? Does the back tie do up the skirt?

Waist is elastic, front & back so flexible sizing- sizing on the website for sz16 is waist 87cm but it definitely stretches more than this. Sorry I haven’t been home since last week so will measure it tomorrow for you. Yep it buttons down the back then the ties, then elasticated top of back skirt Colour changes according to lighting as it’s a satiny look, slightly lighter than 1st photo I think
