A structural anchor. Named for the idea of a bridge - a solid, unyielding connection that spans the distance between two points. A metaphor for love, built with weight and purpose. The bridge features a striking 2-carat oval moissanite, locked into a heavily textured, substantial claw setting. It is a piece designed to be noticed, weathered, and lived in. Note: This ring holds a special place in my studio journey, being one of the first stones I have ever set. Because I'm particular about my work, I want to be transparent about the unique character. The band: Whilst the band is overall very thick and structurally rock solid, it is slightly finer ever so slightly on one side due to the hand-carving process. It will not bend, warp, or compromise the ring at all - but it lacks symmetry. The Setting: Is anchored by heavy-set claws that ensure total security. Because it is an early prototype and doesn't meet my symmetry standards, I have priced this piece significantly lower than its true value.
