Worn but still in good condition. A small piece of the rubber has come off around the edge of the shoe (see pic). I bought a different pair, otherwise would still wear Please note that they have inserts in them which I bought as this brand runs quite large. They are the kind that once in there you unfortunately cannot remove. The shoes are s39 on the label and now actually reflect that. The inserts are also super comfy with a nice cushion to them
