Not sure if this is a top of dress. It's too short for me as a dress, I always wore as a top with jeans.. Really cool, quality, soft touch fabric. Quite quirky.. Can be tied differently. Would suit 8-10. Worn, needs a steam,but great condition, quality piece. NOTE, I am not an 'onseller'.. These are all items that I've bought for myself, that either no longer fit, no longer suit my style, have had their wear by me, or that I've bought & realise I have similar that I reach for more. There are online purchases that I have taken a punt on, that just don't suit.. I have moved to a smaller home & am currently being quite brutal in what I put up.
