Max pants. Perfect for work. For some reason in the photos these look brown but their actually a dark green. Size 10. Excellent condition. I'm having a clear out so take a look at my other listings. Flatlay measurements - 38cm across the waist and 48cm across the bottom.

Would these fit a 12 or is there no stretch?

I’m a 10-12 and they fit me fine around the waist but are slightly too tight around my bottom and upper thighs. I’m definitely a bit pear shaped though so I think they would fit a more straight up and down 12.

When I get home this evening I can do some measurements for you. These are such nice pants and in excellent condition, I’m actually really annoyed they don’t fit me haha
