Sorry for the delayed response! Underarm across to other underarm is 56cm. If you wanted underarm to end of sleeve that’s 40cm

It has a bit of stretch around the waist, but not around the chest area. It’s not a rigid fabric though. From the waist down is very free flowing like a maxi dress
