Hi Kylie, they are a true to size fit - a 27 is between size 8-10. I could measure the waist in the morning if that helps?

Not a stretchy denim, so no stretch. Waist measurement is approx 39cm and inside crotch to outside leg measurement is approx 34cm. Please refer to photos I have added for reference.
