Hi, I haven’t worn it/tried on for awhile. However, from memory it sits at my waist/ hips area and has a good torso length (not cropped at all). The arm length is on the longer side and goes slightly past my hands. I would say that the size range would be size 10-12 M/L depending on how’d you like it to fit. Hope that helps!
