About what size is the model in the photo? I’m finding it hard to reconcile that it’s an XL on the label but you think it’s more a size Small. I’d be a size Small.

Hi! The model is a size M, which is why it looks small on her (sleeve length, shoulders). The underarm-to-underarm measurement is 46 cm. I think the label size is wrong , this is actually more of an S, or an XS for a relaxed fit.
