I’m also a six. What length is it when you wear it on your hips? Also does the skirt stay in place or swivel round because it is bigger?

It does swivel due to it being bigger, I can measure my hips if that could help? I have rather narrow hips. And is basically full length on me due to it sitting in my hips instead of my waist. I’m 5’5, let me know if would like measurements provided. Thank you
