Hi, are these 3/4 culottes? Which photo is the most accurate colour and what is the fabric please.

Hi there, pants are 36 inches in length. I'm 5.4ft so it's just touching my ankles. If you're taller then they can work as culottes. I'd say the first photo is the most accurate color wise. Fabric composite is: polyester/spandex.
