Marciano One Sleeve Floral Dress

A unique and elegant one sleeve coctail dress by Marciano, an American upscale fashion brand by Guess. Has a built in black slip dress that peeks through on one side. Sizing on tag is 42 which should be a M but I’d say it’s S-M. It’s missing the composition tag and although it has a silky feel and sheen I’m pretty sure it’s polyester and the black slip is polyester and spandex blend.
