Hi, does this have shoulder pads? And can you give the bust and length measurements?

Hi Lauren, it does have thin shoulder pads, they’re not large though so they give structure but don’t look bulky. The measurements are: Shoulders 40/41 cm Underarms 49/50 cm Length (flat from top of the collar to the bottom) is 56 cm long
