Is it cropped and if yes how far above the waist does it fit?

Hi, It's not cropped but sits right on the waist. For reference back hem is slightly lower than front hem: measurement from centre back neck to hem 57cm and from centre front of neck 46cm. Hope that's helpful. Thank you!
