Ankle strap low heel, perfect for any tall brides! The strap unfortunately didn’t fit my ankles and I think these are more suited for maybe a 11/11.5 seems like a smaller fit 43. The insole measurement is about 27.5cm. Never worn brand new bought from Amazon, cost me about $150 with shipping and taxes
