100% cotton in a thick ribbed format with looots of stretch This is a great wardrobe staple, cool with high top sneakers or take it out with heels. Good one for layering under chunky knits too or put a silky slip dress ontop (check my other listings). Marked size Small, I would say best on a 10 unless you want it oversized. Would definitely be comfy on a 12 too since the fabric is thick and stretchy but it would sit more figure hugging
