Are these a lose fit around the butt/thighs or do they fit to the skin? is the material soft cotton like or is it like nylon?

the material is nylon/elastane. when i worn them i was a small 12 and they were a loose fit around the thighs and more tighter on the bum but not fully tight, just snug because of the materail i would say x
